Birthday Checklist

Before You Book
- Choose your preferred date & time
- Select your party theme
- Estimate number of children (up to 10)
- Review optional upgraded activities
- Submit the Birthday Party Interest Form
- Watch for the confirmation email and payment link
- Invite your guests once the party is officially confirmed
Food & Drinks to Bring
- Cake or cupcakes
- Pre-packaged snacks (chips, cookies, fruit snacks)
- Juice boxes or bottle waters
- Pizza or simple finger foods
  Remember:
  - no food warmers or staining sauces
  - no refrigeration is available
  - all food must arrive ready to serve
Serving Supplies to Pack
- Plates
- Napkins
- Utensils
- Tablecloths (optional, but recommended)
- Cake knife
- Birthday Candles
- Lighter/matches for candles

Decorations (optional)
- Table decorations
- Small centerpieces
- Helium balloons
  Remember: No glitter, confetti, silly string, or wall/ceiling decor
Party Favors & Extras
- Goodie bags or small favors
- Stickers or themed extras
- Thank-you cards (optional)
- Gift bag for birthday child's cards & presents
Day-Of Essentials
- Arrive 30 minutes early for setup
- Bring all food, decor, & supplies
- Have at least one adult stay with the group
- Take photos during STEAM activities
- Pack up leftover food & decor after the party
After the Party
- Check that all personal items are collected
- Take home completed STEAM projects
- Send thank-you notes (optional but sweet!)
